Mmm Mmm Mmm! This month we created the perfect summer recipe: Strawberry Jam!

This recipe is great for everything! Use it on your toast during breakfast, pack it for the kid's lunches for a fresh and delicious PB&J, or just dig right in and EAT IT FROM THE JAR! The flavor is so perfectly summer.

We all know, that with most things that taste this good come with tons of calories. Well here is a fun fact:
strawberries are one of the lowest-calorie foods you can eat! So eat up, and don't worry about the guilt.

This dessert has everything! Versatility, deliciousness, flavorful, and it's healthy!!

Strawberry Shortcake Sensation!

This dessert recipe is a flavorful adventure for your taste buds! It's a rich combination of tangy strawberries and sweet vanilla that is the perfect dessert to end any meal.

We used our Rodelle Gourmet Vanilla Extract to create the perfect vanilla pound cake, drizzled a strawberry vanilla rhubarb sauce on top, and finished this perfect dessert recipe with our Rodelle Vanilla Bean Whip Cream recipe.

July is Homemade Ice Cream Month so we created a "off the beaten path" sorbet.

Did you know that Rocky Ford cantaloups from Colorado are about 15% sweeter than those grown in other regions? That is the key to this incredible and unconventional sorbet. And then we added our amazing Rodelle Vanilla Extract for the perfect combination. Our Vanilla Cantaloup Sorbet recipe is truly one of kind and makes the perfectly light and sweet dessert recipe.

Since we are located in Colorado we thought it'd be a great idea to pay tribute to this deliciously sweet fruit.

Any fruit will work for this recipe but Rocky Ford Cantaloupes are hard to beat!
