Happy 2012! We can't wait to share another year of Rodelle recipes with you!

We've incorporated lots of Rodelle into these decadent little cookies. We've incorporated our Rodelle vanilla, vanilla beans, and cocoa. We've also used our Rodelle chocolate syrup recipe and our Rodelle buttercream recipe. If you love Rodelle, MmmMmmm these are cookies you won't want to miss!

Our almond cookies are light and airy little treats that are the perfect dessert size. Serve them to guests as a snack or after a holiday meal. Or just keep them in your cookie jar to enjoy throughout the day!
