Happy almost Thanksgiving everyone!
This week, we've created a very classic recipe: layered carrot cake. Carrot cakes are timeless and always a holiday favorite. Just add some of our Rodelle vanillas and you've got heavenly perfection.
At Rodelle, we think some of the greatest parts about the holidays are the desserts! This carrot cake is fluffy, perfectly spiced, and has a subtle hint of carrot and our vanilla. It pairs perfectly with any Thanksgiving meal you prepare- especially Turkey!
