Welcome Autumn!

With the incoming of cold weather, we decided that some warm and cozy recipes were in order. What better than a warm drink, with a rich spice aroma to curl up under a blanket and take in the vanilla season.

Here at Rodelle, Mulling spices and spiced cider seem to embody & embrace this cozy time of year! Our mulling spice blend recipe includes chopped RODELLE vanilla beans which is an added bonus to the great aromas of the cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.

This recipe also makes a great holiday or host gift, simply make a large batch and separate into mason jars and dress up for the perfect and easy gift.

We've taken your traditional chocolate cake recipe and added a twist: Zucchini!

It's harvest season and everyone has more zucchini than they know what to do with growing right in their own gardens! So we decided to create a recipe to solve that problem with a Vanilla and Cocoa Zucchini Cake Recipe!

It's a mix of our Rodelle Vanillas and Gourmet Baking Cocoa. These baking ingredients are the secret for such an interesting and delicious cake. This is a recipe the whole family is sure to love.
