Ingredients
Lemon Cake:
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Cup lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. Pure Lemon Extract
Glaze:
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 Cup cream
- 1 tsp. Pure Lemon Extract
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Lemon Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour a 9- or 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cake mix, milk, lemon juice, oil, eggs, and Rodelle Lemon Extract until no lumps remain.
- Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes, or until center tests clean when a wooden pick is inserted.
- Cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto cooling rack and cool completely.
- Transfer cake to serving plate, and drizzle with glaze.
Glaze:
- In a small bowl, stir powdered sugar with cream and Rodelle Extract.
- Adjust amounts of sugar and cream until proper consistency is reached.
