A cozy but bright cran-apple mule, perfect in any season! Warm up in the colder months or cool off in the summer with this bubbly, refreshing beverage bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

For Mule

  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
    • Approximately 1 lime
  • ½ cup pure cranberry juice
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 12oz 80 proof vodka
  • 12oz ginger beer
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 2 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract

For Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar

Optional Additions

  • 1 lime, sliced in wedges
  • Fresh sprigs of mint

Directions
  1. Add sugar and water for syrup into a pan. Cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved and just starts to boil, then remove from heat.
  2. Allow syrup to cool completely by placing in fridge to cool while preparing remaining ingredients.
  3. Slice and juice limes then combine lime juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, vodka, ginger beer, vanilla extract and cooled simple syrup in a large pitcher. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour over ice and top with slices of fresh lime and mint sprigs and enjoy responsibly!

 

Tip: 

  • Do not stir simple syrup once sugar is dissolved. This may cause crystallization in syrup.
