Bringing the authentic style of Vietnamese Coffee to your home! Using your preferred drip coffee combined with a non-dairy coconut milk based sweetened condensed milk over ice makes for a delicious caffeine break anytime of the day!  Rodelle Gourmet Vanilla Extract complements the sweetness of the coconut as well as the coffee.  

Ingredients
  • Coffee of choice, 8oz per portion desired
  • 1 can (402g) Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup (272g) Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp (9g) Rodelle Gourmet Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions
  • In a medium sauce pot, whisk all ingredients together over medium heat
  • Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often
  • Take off heat and cool product in ice bath, condensed milk will thicken some as it cools
  • Serving suggestion: Add 2-3 T of Sweetened condensed coconut milk to an 8 oz coffee, mix well and pour over ice and enjoy! Increase condensed milk to desired sweetness level. This can be served hot as well, just omit the pour over ice step.
