Ingredients

Chef Note: All marinades make enough for 2 chicken breasts, or 2 6oz steaks.

Red Wine Marinade:

1/2 cup red wine
1 tbsp Rodelle Herbes De Provence
1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract

White Wine Marinade:

1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, split and scraped
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
*1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (If you’re marinating chicken)

Balsamic Marinade:

1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp sugar

Directions

Marinade Preparation:

In a glass measuring cup measure wine or vinegar, add the other ingredients, and whisk to blend.
Place the meat in a bowl or plastic Ziploc bag. Add the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
