Directions
  1. With a knife and cutting board, cut strawberry stems off so it makes a V shape. You’ll immediately notice the strawberries look like a heart~!
  1. Next, stick strawberry hearts on wooden skewers from the bottom.
  1. In a microwave safe glass bowl, melt ¼-½  cup of white chocolate chips in the microwave 15 seconds at a time until fully melted, mixing with a spoon or whisk in-between. Add Rodelle Vanilla Paste and milk to chocolate and mix well. If chocolate starts to get clumpy, add more milk ½ teaspoon at a time and place in the microwave for 15 min until fully melted again. It should become smooth after mixing and reheating a bit.
  1. Next, dip strawberry hearts on sticks into white chocolate and twist slowly and gently to get excess chocolate off. Immediately after, sprinkle candy sprinkles on top. You can also dip chocolate strawberry hearts sticks into sprinkles.
  1. Place chocolate strawberry heart sticks in a jar or place on parchment paper and in the fridge to cool for 15-20 min. Some chocolate might want to slide down so ensure to put something underneath the jar if you go with that method.
  1. Do this for a couple strawberry heart sticks and then melt semi-sweet chocolate and do the same thing. Cool for 15-20 min and serve!
